Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program Competition (2010-2011)
This program invites mid-career professionals from different public sectors (minimum 5years experience) to go to the United States for 10 months of study at a U.S. university and an internship.
The fields of specialization include:
• Natural Resources, Environmental Policy/Climate Change
• Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration
• Agricultural and Rural Development
• Economics Development, Finance, and Banking
• Human Resource Management/Personnel
• Urban and Regional Planning
• Public Health Policy and Management
• Technology Policy and Management
• Educational Administration, Planning and Policy
• Communications/Journalism
• Law and Human Rights
• Substance Abuse Education, Treatment and Prevention
• HIV/AIDS Policy and Prevention
• Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Teacher Training or Curriculum Development)
High level of English language is required (minimum 525 score on the TOEFL examination)
