The American Embassy Tunis, Tunisia, has a requirement for a contractor to provide a professional engineering services for the removal of two vehicle arrest systems at CAC1 and CAC2 and the installation of two new ones. You are invited to submit your quotation based on the attached Scope of Work.

A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for July 19, 2012 (time to be determinate) at the US Embassy, Multi-purpose room.
The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quote competitive. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award.
Your proposal must include the request work description and measurements for furnishing the requested materials and manpower services.
